Our top priority has been and always will be maintaining the health of our patients and team members. Our offices remain open as we want to ensure ClearlyDerm patients have a place to go for their dermatology needs so they can avoid hospitals and urgent care centers during this time.

We are ensuring the highest standard of safety and hygiene in our offices. Here is a summary of ClearlyDerm’s safety policies during COVID-19:

  • Ensuring all ClearlyDerm staff are wearing protective gear
  • Advising all patients to wear masks when coming into the office (if you do not have one, we can supply one for you)
  • Repeated wipe-downs of all exam rooms, common areas, and shared surfaces
  • Removing magazines and other items from our reception areas to ensure that every surface is clean
  • Advising patients to check-in when they arrive and then wait in their car until the provider is ready to bring them into the exam room. This prevents congregating in waiting rooms. Current waiting rooms have been reconfigured to allow for more distance between seats.
  • Screening patients for symptoms, exposure or travel prior to intake
  • Patients being asked to use hand sanitizer / wash hands prior to being seen
  • Advising all patients to come alone to the office unless absolutely necessary (e.g. accompanying a minor)
  • Asking patients to fill out any paperwork online before coming into the office
