Yes. Please bring your insurance information with you to your initial visit.

Does Insurance Cover Cosmetic Procedures?
No. Insurance does not cover cosmetic procedures so all payment for cosmetic procedures is paid in full at the time of service.

How does ClearlyDerm Bill for Lab Work?
If ClearlyDerm performs blood work or biopsies, you may receive an invoice from the lab or the pathologist (the physician that interprets your lab results). While most insurance companies cover a portion of this cost, you are responsible for paying the pathologist and/or laboratory directly.

What is your no-show or same-day cancellation policy?
We schedule our appointments so that each patient receives the right amount of time to be seen by our providers and staff. That’s why it is very important that you keep your scheduled appointment with us, and do your best to arrive on time.

As a courtesy, and to help patients remember their scheduled appointments, Clearlyderm sends text message, email and phone call reminders the week of your appointment. If your schedule changes and you cannot keep your appointment, please contact us so we may reschedule you, and accommodate those patients who are waiting for an appointment.  Please give us at least 24 hours notice. If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice, Clearlyderm will require a hold on your credit card of $50 to book your next appointment. If you show up to your next appointment, your credit card will not be charged. If you do not show up or cancel with less than 24 hours for this next appointment, Clearlyderm will charge the $50 hold.

This “no-show charge” is not reimbursable by your insurance company. After three consecutive no-shows to your appointment, we may request that you seek care at another Dermatology practice.

If you have any questions regarding our financial policy, about your account, or about insurance coverage please contact our billing department at 561-459-5050
